CULTIVATE is a two-year leadership development program designed to prepare and equip lay-leaders in the church to love, serve and teach their community. Our curriculum is produced by Western Seminary in Portland, Ore. and carefully curated to prepare the church to worship God and serve the world in both truth and love.

 

Training Partner: Western Seminary

Western Seminary is a graduate-level institution that exists to serve the church by providing trustworthy and accessible training for gospel-centered transformation. Their Center for Leadership Development was established to partner with local churches to train and equip local leaders to better serve the church and the community.

All courses are video based and accessed through an online portal. If you need help accessing this (or need a place to watch), let us know! We want to make this work for as many people as possible.

PEER SUPPORT
We will match you up with a partner in the program to encourage accountability and to help process through the material. If you have a question, we are here to help! Email us at cultivate@creeksidechurch.life.

MONTHLY GATHERINGS
Once a month we will hold a Cultivate Training Breakfast (about two hours) to discuss what we have learned, challenge each other to go deeper, and live transformed lives shaped and driven by the gospel.
